According to the IEC standards, the iPhone 13 carries an IP68 rating in all its models. These IP ratings define the depths and time up to which you can recover the phone.
IP68 rating means the iPhone 13 immersed in water up to the depth of 6 meters (about 19.6 feet) and about 30 minutes can be recovered with no damage.
When does the phone gets damaged?
You can have an undamaged iPhone if you have dropped it in water 20 feet deep and for about 30 minutes. If exceeded, that could cause a problem.
